What is Health Coaching?
Dr. Emily’s main role is to guide clients to reach their health and wellness goals, whether that’s sleeping better, boosting energy, weight loss, stress management, and so much more.
Using her nutrition, holistic health and coaching education, Dr. Emily helps her clients discover which foods and lifestyle choices make them feel best. Most importantly, she takes a holistic approach to health, focusing not just on food, but also all the other areas of life that can support and nourish overall health, such as career, spirituality, relationships, and environment.
Dr. Emily’s Health Coaching Program is for you if:
- You have tried many different types of health trends but none have them have seemed to ‘stick’.
- You have successfully completed a workout program or diet, but feel lost afterwards and rebound back into old habits.
- You want to make healthy changes, but feel over whelmed and don’t know where or how to start.
- You want to make long lasting, sustainable changes to reduce stress, improve sleep, exercise regularly, eat well, but also live and enjoy your life without restriction.
- You tend to go all in on your health, but after about a week you slip up once and have trouble hopping back on the train.
