Dr. Emily started her health and wellness journey over 10 years ago as a Certified Personal Trainer. She worked in several brick and mortar gym locations leading up to her acceptance into Chiropractic school. Dr. Emily continued virtual personal training programming for her clients throughout chiropractic school in an effort to help people stay moving – her truest passion!
She specializes in programming in:
